James, You may have accidentally hit a combination of buttons by accident, putting phone in a locked up state. Try holding the power button for up to 15 seconds to restart the device. If no luck, try recharging with known good charger, if it does not power up after recharging could be faulty battery. Check the attached links,instruction and guides to help in diagnosing why ZTE will not turn on, Good luck

i know this is an old post but the power button for 15 seconds worked for me. thank you Mr L Pfaff

1. Pressed button down to hold it for 15 seconds
2. Heard a click but continued to count until I counted to 15
3. Released button
4. Waited 3-5 seconds, pressed power button
5. Watched by computer turn on!
