Main Camera Blurry All the Time (Nokia Lumia Icon/930)

My main camera suddenly turns blurry all the time. I tried to fix everything on setting or even recovery my phone it is still not fixed. I do not know what happens, and how to fix it. Does anyone know? Help me, please! Thanks so much!

I have been looking for lens but I don't find any for Nokia Lumia 930. Is this ok to use any type of lens?

It would be useful if you could share a sample picture, something with a bit of a distance. Also check if your focus setting isn't in manual mode. then by the way the picture looks we could guess what could go wrong.
