Why won't my wifi or bluetooth turn on?

About two weeks ago I dropped my phone in water. I use the rice method to get the water out of the phone which it seemed to do pretty well. However once I tried connecting to the wifi it would get stuck saying "turning on" and eventually never work. Not sure what to do about this, Help!
