No power, but where is the internal fuse?

Hi There,

I have a dead Panasonic HDC SD1 video camera. It was sitting around for a long time. When I powered it up it started, then I plugged the adapter in and it died instantly. So I'm picking I blew a fuse somewhere.

I have a service manual, but the schematic for the main PCB is not included. And I've looked with a magnifying glass, but I can't see anything that looks blown.

Can anyone tell me where the little blighter is? And what he looks like? There are loads of SMD's....
