Replaced motherboard, heatsink doesn't match

We tried replacing a motherboard on a MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Late 2011 with the i5 CPU. We put in a motherboard with the i7 2.8GHz. When we got it, there are capacitors actually in a different place so the heat sink doesn't match. According to the iFixIt site, all Late 2011's should use the same heatsink - this one.

That said, the motherboard we bought (this one) doesn't match. Any thoughts? Is this not really a late 2011 motherboard?

If you notice, the two capacitors directly above the CPU are in the way of the standard heatsink.

FYI, the one I found on eBay worked fine. Part numbers are the same so I'm not sure how one tells the difference.
