Why my Playstation can't read disks?

My ps2 doesn't read the disks. I calibrate the potenciometers, I adjust the height screw and nothing. The laser turn on but doesn't move to read the disk. The disk starts spinning after a few time. I replace the laser (KHS-400C). Help me.

If you bought a new laser...it will likely have a anti static solder. Did you debraid that solder?

Yes, i remove the antistatic solder.
