Why can't I make calls. The phone has restrictions for making calls.
How do I take off my calls restrictions. I try to make calls and the phone saids I have wait 15minutes, 1 hour, It is very inconvenient when I want to make a call. I went to the
Settings, but It still will not stay on interrupt.
