My phone doesn't turn on

How can i fix my phone when it's not turning on. When i turn it on, it always stocks in samsung logo and after that it continues to restart again in that logo. I tried to reformat it using odin tool, the usb connector is fine but the computer did not recognized my phone. Can someone help me with this? Thanks.
