iPhone 6 won't turn on after replacement screen

I replaced it and it turned on then a screw from the earpiece fell out so I screwed it back in then after this the screen won't come on I do not know what's happened to it. I don't think it's charging either someone help please.

I believe it is the LCD. If it is the lcd then press and hold the power button and go make a cup of tea. Then come back and try talking to siri. If siri responds then give the cable area a good wack. If this does not solve it then try reconnecting the cables (Take it off and then put it back on). If it still doesn't work then check the screw that fell out and compare it to iFixits guides and put it where it belongs. Final resort: Go to the local repair shop and ask them to check it out. (Make sure the shop is not apple or you'll get sent off with a smack in the face. kcuf‪ apple for not making things user-replaceable.).

Tried the LCD siri won't respond so gonna try out everything back together when I get home I did try this yesterday but it's still black even though I reconnected the cables like 3 times I even did it on my old screen and it didn't come on so please suggest something else I'm also gonna go the phone shop near me and see what they say
