Water Damage that I don't know how to fix
Almost 4 weeks ago, I managed to drop my tablet in the toilet. I have tried everything to revive this tablet, which is a sprint Slate 8" which was free. All, or majority, of the water is gone but I have this problem.

At random times, it keeps ghost touching at primarily the right side.. I don't know what to do.
Can you help me?
