Why won't my USB ports now recognize my samsung galaxy phone
In the last two weeks my Samsung laptop's USB ports would not recognize anything plugged into them. We opened the port and discovered the computer had set itself to save power shut down the ports. Unselected the check box, but now the computer will recognize a thumb drive but still won't recognize my phone. Can't get into my phone if it won't recognize it. Help!
