Hallo,

Nach einem sturz blieb das Display dunkel , das Display war aber heile.

Display works, but is dark

Es gibt jetzt ein neues Display(original verpackt), auch das bleibt dunkel.

There is a new Display, but is dark.

Woran kann dieser Fehler liegen? what may be this error?

Wo muss ich den Fehler suchen? Where is to find the error?

Oder gibt es jemand bei ifixit der diese Reparatur vornehmen kann. Das Handy ist ja gerade 1 Jahr alt.

Haben Sie die Bildschirmhelligkeit Einstellung Einstellung im Telefon versucht .

Tippen Sie auf das Symbol Einstellungen .

Hi,

Have you tried the screen brightness adjustment setting in the phone.

From the home screen, tap and drag the Notifications bar downwards.

Tap the Settings icon.

Scroll to, then tap Display.

Tap Brightness.

Tap to tick or untick Automatic brightness as desired.

Entschuldigen Sie das Missverständnis.

Ich dachte, Sie meinten , dass das Display dunkel war (nicht light) , wo , was Sie eigentlich gemeint war, dass es keine Anzeige überhaupt . Ist das richtig?

Es könnte sein, dass die Leistung für die Hintergrundbeleuchtung defekt ist. vielleicht könnten Sie das Mainboard überprüfen, um zu sehen, ob alles klar ist gestört .

Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I thought you meant that the display was dark (not bright) where what you actually meant was that there is no display at all. Is this correct?

It could be that the power for the backlighting is faulty. maybe you could check the mainboard to see if anything obvious has been disturbed.
