Why isn't my phone pairing with the speaker?

When I enable the Bluetooth on my iPhone it still doesn't pair with the speaker. I tried turning it off and then back on but it still doesn't work. How can I fix this?

The first thing that I would recommend doing is checking to make sure that the device that you are connecting with is compatible with the AmazonBasics Bluetooth speaker device that you are connecting to. Once you have checked compatibility, make sure that you are with in the specified range for the device to remain connected to the speaker.
