New LCD's only show backlight on, No pictures

iPhone 6 needs a screen replacement. When the new screen is installed it took several boots to get a display. After getting a display, i come back to the phone about 2 minutes later and i just get backlight. Tried rebooting, still only backlight. tried again, got LCD picture. The same process has to be repeated to get any kind of picture on the screen, But then shortly you only get backlight again.

maybe it's a bad screen.

I've faced this issue now twice with iOS 9.3.2. After screen replacement phone boots but switches off after about 2 seconds. Same happens if i try it again. Have tried to plug out the battery connector but it seems not to help.

I've found out that only thing that helps is complete restore on iTunes.

Whats happening with iPhones?
