Screen skipping rapidly from one screen to another. Tried reset.
My LG g2 screen jumps from one app to another so fast I can't choose anything. Doesn't do it if it is charging.

Hi,
You say it doesn't do it when charging. Do you mean when it is on and working with the charger connected or off with just the charger connected?
If it works normally with the charger connected and on it indicates that your battery is failing and needs to be replaced.
If it doesn't work normally with the charger connected, it indicates a problem with the phone, possibly a faulty digitizer.
You say you tried a reset. Did you mean a Factory Restore (also known as a 'hard reset')? If so, again it points to a hardware and not a software problem.
