Why can't I switch google play account in-game/in-app?

So i have a problem with switching between google accounts in-game/in-app, with various app. The issue is whenever im done choosing the destination account, the phone would load endlessly while the signal in the upper right of the screen flicker between 3G and H+/HSDPA.

Apparently this is a device-specific problem, because when if i try to do the same thing on different device everything turns out fine and if i switch between different SIM card on the phone, the problem persists.
