Can't hear when making/receiving phone call.

I replaced the LCD screen (internal one cracked) using your instructions and it seemed to go together fine. The issue is that I can't hear anything when someone calls or when I make a call. The speaker that sounds when I power it up works fine. The keys/buttons (external and internal) don't make any noise. The volume is at max. Any thoughts on what I missed?
