Power shutoff in the middle of a download, now many errors.

As I was downloading a game the power went out in my area when the game said "power interruptions may cause problems." Now the system will not find the controller, occasionally says that "opening tray" when it is closed. Sometimes will not even get to the menu and just shows that spinning white circle when starting up. Any help that you can give would be greatly appreciated.
