I don't see a specific guide for my device type?

I don't see a specific guide to repair a Dell Inspiron 5521. Can I use one of the available guides as a substitute? Or is there a recommendation you would suggest?

I want to try and fix the keyboard. The laptop seems to be working fine. I can log in with the ease of access virtual keyboard and I can open google, word, etc... with the touchpad or mouse (i have both) but I cannot use the keyboard. No keys seem to be replying at all.

Christopher David, that is most likely because nobody has yet created a guide for that model. To replace the keyboard, check the first steps on here. While you are at it, you should consider creating a guide so that the next person that needs it might find some help. Check on here to create a guide.
