Washington Le, this answer is only to identify the missing component. That "chip" is reference designator C6603 which is a 100uF 6.3V 20% Tantalum capacitor in a Case-AL1 package. That capacitor is part of your Audio amp and should not stop your computer from turning on.

Update (11/01/2015)

Based on your serial number you have a 2.3 GHz Core i5 (I5-2415M)

Intro. February 24, 2011

Model A1278 (EMC 2419*)

Family Early 2011 13"

ID MacBookPro8,1

Your logic board number does not change between the i5 and i7, both processors utilize the 820-2936

I'd check Mouser or Digikey depending of course on your geographic location.

Not sure how good my eyes are because the writing is hard to see in the picture. Looks like a 820-2936 board which would be - Apple MacBook Pro 13" A1278 MD313LL/A Late 2011 Series i5.
