Screen broke now fixed buthe earphones to audiences don't work

Hi my Samsung Galaxy s6edge screen shattered due to dogs the phone flew out of my pocket hitthe floor i got the screen fixed asap on that day but my earphones 2 original sets don't work in my audio hole in was just wondering why or if anyone would know anything about this please contact me thankyou
