Not turning on after LCD, battery, digitizer has been replaced

I have replaced the LCD, battery, digitizer has been replaced and it does not seem to be charging or turning on.

It was left in the car in Florida and went dead never turned on. I read on line to replace the above items but no luck yet.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

I'm no professional, but I would try plugging it in for awhile. Then press and hold the power button and the home button ate the same time. I don't know if it will work, but whenever i have an issue with my iPad Mini, doing that helps.

I tried charging it for about 4 hours and then turning in on holding the power and home- but no success- I have been told its the logic board.
