Thank you, what is the dock connector/ribbon 4, do I clean it with a soft brush?

How can I get a replacement part?

Thanks again!!

I have the same problem. Battery life was poor so replaced the battery. New battery worked fine but found after it was left charging that it stayed at 12% without improving. Did you ever get a solution to this problem
