My phone is unable to make calls or receive calls.

Before I had my Samsung Galaxy Edge Plus, I had the LG G3. I had the LG G3 for about 9 months and the last 2 months my LG stopped me from making calls or receiving call, although the connection was perfectly fine and I was still able to browse the internet and even text. BUT CANNOT CALL. Every time I would call someone, it would say, "Call Failed." immediately and every time someone would call me, it would say, "This phone number you are trying to reach is not a working number." But it doesn't make sense, I can still text and stuff with my number. So maybe, I thought it was the phone's problem. So I went to ATT to get a new phone, the Edge +, and it was the same problem. They tried to fix the problem by putting in a new sim card. But every time, it wouldn't work. So they suggested that it was the sim delay, some thing wrong with their part of end. That putting in a new sim, is going to take about 1 hour to resolve the problem. Its been 24 hours. Nothing work. They keep saying it's a sim delay, even though my text, 4g, and wifi still works. I NEED HELP.

This is definitely a network problem , keep at your service provider(ATT) until they resolve your problem

We called the ATT provider to check if their is anything wrong with my phone number and they said that every thing is normal and fine

And when trying to make an "excuse" to get me out of the store, they would keep saying its a sim delay and come back tomorrow.

Definitely keep at them this is their problem not yours
