what year is your car older Aveos have a single 2 element bulb newer ones have an LED break light and halogen tail lights

Its a 2006 does the brake light fuse control anything else ie.(dash lights?)

Robert Brand, you can of course check the bulbs. Here is a guide on how to get to the bulbs. But if neither one works, you do want to check the brake light switch. It is located above the brake pedal.
