Home button, lock button and touch control doesn't work. Screen works.

I have an issue were none of my controls work. I pulled the battery out and put it back in again and I can verify that the screen works but the home button, lock button and touch controls are all unresponsive.

Options

Make sure all of the flex cables are still connected. Taking out the battery can cause some flex cables to come loose and many buttons will be disabled.
