My power on button doesn't work

Idk if my phone is like the ALPHA but my phone can't remove the back.. so here's my problem. My power on button is not working.. my phone only turns on when i charge it but when it turns black the button won't work... please help me with this kind of problem.. i really want my phone to be fixed... help me please

If the phone turns on when plugged in then it is not the power button. This issue to me sounds more like a bad battery. My question to you would be did the phone seam like it wanted to die to quickly if it did then the issue is the battery.
