Z3 Water Damaged, what to do?

My phone just touched the sea water and instantly the screen started to blink then went off, but the phone was still working.

after a while the phone completely stopped working.

Sony said they have to change the whole board. (guess the cost)

its been more then a week now, how can i fix it ?
