My tracker isn't charging
My flex was working fine till its battery got over and now it refuses to charge! What should I do ? Is it a problem with the tracker or charger ?

Try cleaning the 4 charging contacts at the base of the Fitbit. These often get a little dirty, since they are close to your wrist while you are wearing the wristband, and they will pick up dirt, sweat, etc. Clean with a cotton swab or pencil eraser.
