No Service, WiFi, or Bluetooth

I recently bought an iPhone 4 CDMA on eBay, and it has some problems.

The Wifi, and Bluetooth don't work. I have triple checked that all ribbon cables, and all other miscellaneous cables are correctly plugged in, to no avail. It's also strange, because the WiFi, and Bluetooth aren't greyed out, which is a tell tale sign of a corrupt baseband. O.o

Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm desperate!

I literally just want to use this thing as an iPod, with Youtube benefits.

Hello,

Have you tried a Firmware restore in DFU mode?

Regards.
