How do I replace a Resistor near the battery connector?

I am missing the Resistor near the battery connector and now my device will not hold a charge past 1%.

Does anyone know where the exact part can be purchased and how to replace it?

Any Shops around New Jersey that can fix this?

Should I search for a phone repair shop or computer shop?

You should search for a phone shop that does micro soldering. Sometimes electronic repair shops (tv repair shops) will do micro soldering so you just need to call around.

Post the picture and Ill be happy to post the exact values of the component to take to the repair place of your preference.
