My freezer door will not close & seal properly

When closing the freezer the door will not always close or seal tightly there continues to be a gap on one or both sides that are making it run continuously & frost up on the inside

Same thing is happening to me. Do I need to get a new freezer or can the seal be replaced. Please advise before I spend money I don't have for a new freezer!

I'm assuming that you have a Whirlpool freezer.

Here is a link that shows how to replace the door gasket (seal). It is the same for a freezer as for a refrigerator
