2002 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 2wd5.9 engine won't pass first gear

I drove my truck like every day from park to reverse, neutral then drive, took off but i notice that wont pass first gear, the rpm where high, never got out of first gear. Checked fluids all clean does not smell or anything, check cables and what have you, there are no lights on, scanned it anyways but no codes. Also noticed that when i put my foot on the break and shift it i feel all the gear with the exception of 2nd and 1st. I am looking for a honest advice please, thank you.
