Blu Life Play S gets stuck on startup screen, fixable?

It started randomly freezing, then it would get stuck on the startup screen. Tried rebooting it, it still got stuck. Tried wiping it to factory settings, got it to work maybe 2 times out of 20 tries. Before everything was wiped, it did work once, but everything quit working and it rebooted itself and got stuck on the startup screen again. Can it be fixed, or do I have to get another phone? No new apps have been added in a few months, and a lot of old ones were uninstalled before the problem started.
