2005 Toyota Prius Check engine light on, mechanic says code is P01121
Mechanic says this code, P01121, means "coolant flow control valve." I have not fixed this. Does anyone
- know about a reader for the OBDII port (mechanic charged a lot for reading the code)
- know how to interpret these codes
- know if "coolant flow control valve" is serious? the car works fine, but the check engine light is almost always illuminated

Had same problem. 2005 Prius. Fixed under recall. 2nd time fixed myself. Check "priuschat.com" for instructions.
