Shakim Prince, double check to make sure that yuor charger works and that your cable connector as well as the charging port are without any damage. Check for bend, missing or corroded pins. If you find all that in good order, it is entirely possible that your battery is no longer holding a charge. Use this guide to replace the battery.

Good day, I have a Beats Pill + and it won't turn on unless being plugged in also only the auxiliary works. I've checked the batteries which have charged 100% so I don't understand what the problem may be. The only thing that makes sense is the possibility the connection from batteries to main pcb is bad which would explain why it will only works while being plugged in with batteries 100% charged. While being plugged in you can see the Beats Pill + is changing normally. There is one other possible problem. Maybe the battery protection pcb has a issue? Is it possible that the battery protection pcb only allows incoming power, but not outgoing power. Thank you to whoever reads this message and attempts to figure it out or knows something that is a typical problem with the Beats Pill Plus Bluetooth Speaker System. Thank you very much for your time.

Respectfully, Kevin

Very good question. I have 4 Beats Pill + speakers which all have the same issues as described above, and only aloud to use aux. only. I don't think I mentioned this before, but after plug it into power it will automatically turn on and briefly be in normal mode operation then automatically goes to aux. No need to turn it on.

Hello, someone mentioned that staying plugged in will destroy the battery/ batteries. I personally don't think that should happen due to the BMS keeping the batteries from overcharging or discharging, but could destroy the BMS I guess from staying plugged in to power, but that would not happen either unless the electrical components are over heating causing the destruction of the BMS.

It is because if you play music or audio while you have it plugged in it will ruin the battery. If you want to fix it what you need to do is take it apart and buy a new battery, but I will warn you that the battery is hard to get to, and you have to carefully move everything inside in order to get to the battery. You also have to be carful of the speakers because they are magnetic and as you remove the tiny screws connected to the battery they will hit it and it can break the speaker. Depending on what type you have will depend on what new battery you get. You can also try to reset the battery to see if that works. I will warn you that most of the batteries I have seen online are expensive. Well, I hope you can get it fixed.
