everytime im playin a song an try to switch to another one everything just freeze aint move it or none thing but the song still plays. when i cut it on the apple just pop up and it wont go to none thing it just stays there.

i would try to reset the ipod first - press and holt the menu and the select button until the ipod restarts - this should take around 6-10 seconds.
if that won't help - try to restore it - don't forget to backup your data!
after the restore, i would go easy on it - don't sync it completely - use only a few mp3's and run a few tests with it.
"there can be a few hard- and software related issues with the ipod - so let's try to find the point where it get's stuck)
