Oem replacement screen won't work on my iPhone 4

I have couple bad digitizer iPhone 4 to replace. One in particular is very strange. I install a replacement lcd screen but there's no response. I thought it was the screen so I placed that replacement lcd screen on the other iPhone 4 and it works fine. So I thought, maybe it's the phone itself. Strangely, When I put back the original screen, there's display. I ordered another replacement screen, still that phone won't take it in. So far I noticed on that particular phone, only the original screens work not the replacements but those replacements are working fine on the other iPhone 4. Anyone have any idea on this or solution why this is the case?
