Can't figure out how to delete contacts.

how do i delete contacts. simple it should be, this sure aggravates me.

Options

Touch the contacts icon next to phone icon. Next choose the contact you wish to delete. Now touch the recent apps icon next to home icon at bottom right below the screen and the rest is easy.
