My Asus Vivobook s200e laptop won't charge

My notebook stopped charging after use the day before if I turn it off the orange charging light starts blinking but if I remove the plug it stops, if I turn it on it stops only if I keep it plugged in and turned off I c the light.... There is no way to remove the battery so taking it out and putting it back in won't work...power outages where happening before this problem and it was left plugged in at home
