Why can't my Alcatel One Touch Idol X Wifi turn on

So my phone is 5 only months old and i'm having a lot of problems and the even went to the manufacturer and they really did nothing tbh and now it's showing problems again like it takes way too long to boot and wifi attempts to turns on but then turns off why is this happening smart people?

I bought 2 of this Alcatel Idol X +. One of them had to be turned on and off before the wifi was finally switched on. The other unit, I even reset the whole thing for several times but yet the wifi switch cannot be turned on. Tell me how do I get it turned on to connect to wifi?

I had this problem too .. I turned my WiFi on but it still said to turn on the WiFi to see networks. So I restarted it and it just came back on like normal. I hope this helps
