Hi Mehrdad,

The issue here is not actually the magnets that are glued to the backside of the digitiser, but the digitiser itself. I have run into this issue before, and it is with the digitisers that are ordered. I have found that you have to really do your research to figure out which ones come with the necessary components and which ones do not. I am not sure why, but I have found out that about only 1 in 10 have the correct components.

This means that, if you really want the smart cover to work, you need to get a new digitiser or get someone who can transfer the old components to the new digitiser (this will require soldering).

Your current digitiser is missing this component (or should be, based on your description).

This image from an earlier thread on this topic shows what is really missing.

My suggestion is to see if you can return the current digitiser, and then try getting one from a reputable source that specifically states that the digitiser contains all required smart cover sleep/wake components.

Hope this Helps!

Thanks for reply

I forgot to mention i tried many digitizers and found this one compatible for correct working

And while i was changing i checkd these and all of components were there so i think something else is wrong!

So you're saying that the digitiser worked before you installed it with the smart cover? See if you can contact who you bought it from and ask if they set it up for compatibility with smart covers. Ones that do not have the components will work, just won't have the smart cover integration. I find that it is actually very hard to find ones with the smart cover features. Can you check the components highlighted above for the specific resistors for the smart cover?

Now i left it at shop but as i checked i saw resistors and all of components. So no problemat there! And i put magnets too

And insulated that area too. And still it dont work!!!!
