Even though the vacuum isn't on the Shark Vacuum website, the parts can still be found on the shark website. The vacuum requires foam and HEPA filters. The most similar model is the Shark Navigator NV356E and there are really no noticeable differences between them. In order to order parts for this vacuum, head to the shark website and order parts off of the NV 356E page.
