Why won't my computer connect to the Wi-Fi?
I need to access the internet but my laptop just won't connect to it. The wi-fi is working on my phone but not my computer. What is wrong with my computer?
Is this a good question?

Make sure that your computer's WiFi switch is turned on. ( Simple to forget or accidentally turn off ). Go into your Control Panel and open "Network Connections". Choose your wireless connection, right click on it and go to properties. There should be a checkbox at the top that says "Let windows manage my wireless connection". Let it restart and go back into your wireless connection and choose the proper network with your password. If the box was not available for an option, make sure that you have entered the SSID and password with the proper encryption. after fixing problem restart the laptop .Hope this works for you.

Your Wi-Fi power switch might be off. Next to the mute button, you can turn on and off your wireless by clicking the button with a radio tower. If that doesn't work you may need to replace your Wi-Fi card. You can find out more information on the troubleshooting page.
