Why isnt my music playing?
everything works except fro my music. I can put songs on it and it holds a charge it just stays on 00:00 when i press play.

Desiree, see if you can access your diagnostics mode. Follow the instructions on here. Check your clickwheel, right now it sounds like you may have an issue with that.
