Touch Screen is not responding to finger gestures. Updated iOS,
Customer brought iPad to me for repair; touch screen not responding. Updated iOS, but still not working. Replaced Touch screen, still no response. Device was not under warranty, so Apple will not fix it without mega $$$. Could there be a logic board problem? Device has been dropped twice, but there was no obvious signs of breakage; LCD display functioning and touch screen was not cracked.
