Keyboard & Track not working

Hi,

I'am a MacBook Pro user in Korea, sorry my lack of English.

My MacBook Pro retina late 2013 keyboard & trackpad will not work!

  • The reaction of the SMC reset: OK
  • Reset PRAM reactions: NO

I have learned a SERVICE MANUAL to confirm the problem.

It is a matter of doubt here CY8C24794 (?) .. ..

KEYBOARD and MOUSE external USB is reaction.

KEYBOARD with TRACKPAD is normal. (TEST OK)

Do I need to proceed with any parts of the test? Thank you.
