How to Disconnect the cables from their connectors? detail please!

Im having the same trouble as the other post. Are there tabs you need to lift up before the connectors can be bulled up and out? Or to you just take each cable and pull up towards my face? Please help. Picture or small video would help. or decent detailed reply

Hi, yes, just pull them up towards your face, and not in the direction of the cable. If there are multiple cables, make sure to pull them all together upwards. Then the connector just pops off. Sorry, I have no video to show you.
