Phone won't go to vibrate after battery replacement.

I was replacing the battery in my phone, and accidentally knocked the audio (upper) cable out of the motherboard. Replaced it, and booted up the phone. The vibrate motor ran like crazy until I shut it down. Opened the phone, removed vibrate motor, it seemed fine so I put it back down.

Now my phone won't even switch to vibrate. Is it the upper cable that's bad, or the vibrate motor?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Easy one - you have damaged the vibrate motor or the cable. I did this once and it was the vibrate motor. I would buy both as they are very cheap to buy anyway.
