no power going to console, won't turn on

Last night my console died. I was playing a game and it suddenly turned off and won't turn back on. There is no light on the power brick at all, tried different sockets, checked all connections, USB ports nada.... Any advice please? Should I buy another brick? Thanks

deakinwoods. unless you want to take the power supply apart and check it. There is a fuse and a few other items in the power supply that can be replaced if those are the ones that have failed. If you do not have the tools or the skills to fix it, the only option you have then is to replace it. It all depends on you.

Hi borrow one of your friends power supply to rule out if the power supply is bad are it's the console itself..

open power suply box and look red wire . If is not connected to power suply then you must connectet on in . Red wire is conectror bettwen xbox and power suply for

electricity
